I was up late with some caffeine induced insomnia and restless thoughts. Decided I was racing again and needed to freeze the frame on that runaway train.

So I designed, refined, and oscillated choices, but did not incline to vacillate upon them.

Something jittered left and right then turned up with frightful declinations of binaural delight. Binaural Beats, you HAVE TO listen with your headphones, IF YOU WISH to brave the night, the artificial lights so bright.

We will co-ax the revolution: dwell with involution: resonate solution.

Listen, with headphones. Look up a bit about Binaural Beats while you start. Then dwell with involution! Take a load through and transform it into virtue and protection.

Practice spending time, please. I hope for these approximately 3612 seconds, you will have found this opportunity for due pause and manifold development.
